Course Cancellations

The Cooper Institute reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. Course topics, speakers and times are subject to change at any time. Please pre-register to reserve your space and ensure that you receive timely course information. Payment must accompany registration. We cannot guarantee space in any course without preregistration and deposit or payment in full. Prices subject to change without prior notice. Partial payment options may also be available. For more information, you may contact a Program Coordinator at (800) 635-7050 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).

Specific policies apply to The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer (CI-CPT) Certification Examination and can be found in The Cooper Institute (CI-CPT) Candidate Handbook for further information.

 

Course Transfer Policy

Participants may transfer to another course date or to another course one time without penalty. A $40 service fee will be assessed each transfer thereafter. Registration cancellations are subject to a $40 service fee. In addition, manuals that are shipped prior to the course date are nonrefundable.

 

Product Return and Price Policies:
The Cooper Institute will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase. All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. You must have the original receipt for items purchased from The Cooper Institute Bookstore onsite.

Non-returnable items include: manuals, publications, testing materials, opened computer software, DVDs and CDs. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Prices and information in this catalog is subject to change as time passes. Our onsite store and web site contain the most up-to-date products and prices.
